Proper Shoes 

#FitTip Friday! First off I’m so thankful! Big shout out to @reebok for hookin a girl up with some sweet kicks! Love them! 
It’s so important to have proper shoes when working out. 
1. Understanding the type of shoe is important- running, trainers, sport specific. 
2. Picking a show depends on your workout, try on your shoe after a workout as of feet tend to swell, and make sure you have proper support! 
So why is it so important? Protects against injury, and improve performance. 
Replace your shoes 350-500 miles for runners.
