Team Fearless FitFam it’s time to get Summer Strong!
Beach weather is around the corner (although it might not feel like it just yet), Summer bodies are made in the winter!!!
We’re hosting a 60-day contest (April 4-May 29) where you:
1) Commit to a fitness program launching April 1st. ( COACH TINA WILL HELP YOU GET STARTED ON THE RIGHT PROGRAM!)
2) Join our Challenge Group. Each program will have its own dedicated group where you can get support, motivation, and encouragement to make this your best summer yet! Celebrity trainers like Autumn Calabrese, Official Sagi Kalev, and Tony Horton will be participating as well!!!
3) Enter your before/after photos. Lots of prizes up for grabs plus a free “Strong Enough To Do This” t-shirt for everyone who enters.

Tis’ the season of giving
That’s right! You know we just spent the last week being so thankful for all we have and everyone we share it with.
I was blessed to celebrate a lovely 28th birthday and Thanksgiving with these amazing people, my family ๐๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ง
They truly made the start of 28 amazing! With that being said….
This is the start of the giving season! I love to participate in charity events that help out families all year long but during the holiday season especially.

๐ SF Hot Chocolate 15K- a Charity run benefiting Ronald McDonald House of San Francisco which provides a โhome away from homeโ for families of pediatric patients being cared for in their partner hospitals, while also pro-actively reaching out to children in need with mobile medical and educational opportunities.

๐ Avon 39 The Walk to end Breast Cancer- We are still continuing to raise money through our team page! Walking 39 miles and raising money will benefit thousands of woman and their family affected by this horrific disease. To help support the fight or join our team click the link below!

Let’s freaking lose it!
I feel so good getting up and crushing it this morning!
Got to do some Zumba for the first time in 4 years and surprise one of my favs was teaching!
After, I wanted to do some body weight strength training so I came up with some awesome sets you could totally do at home! No equipment required!
