Stay Inspired

Plan A… Today mine was to get up workout but my body had other plans. Still had my migraine and still was feeling sick so I decided to use the extra hour for sleep.
The one thing I’ve learned in my journey is it is ok to have to move through the alphabet.
As long as you never give up!
So PM workout session before Training sessions today it is!
What is one thing you have learned from your journey?

I feel honored…

I get to wake up every morning and grind out 22 mins of Hard Corp workouts with true Heros.

My new fitness buddies are the ones that are in the 22MHC workout program! Yep! All military! They kick my ass at 4am!!

Well I’m on day 2, yesterday was tough, I wanted to eat everything. My metabolism was in high gear and I had cravings up the wazoo but I snacked  on healthy things like almonds and fat free popcorn.

My double dose workout consisted of a 90 minute Bikrim sweat sesh at my favorite studio, Being Yoga! They are number one in the peninsula and teacher Diana is fabulous!

I am so excited to be getting back to my fitness and health routine! I’m even more excited for YOU to join me!

There are plenty of spots open in our Team Fearless Fitness BootCamp!

2 Down 1 to go!

Day 2 in the books! 👊🏼

Feeling so clean! I’m living the 3 Day Refresh but as a meat eater I’m excited for tomorrow to be done with 😜

Plug your ears 🙉 as this might be TMI for some but in order to give a good review I must be honest.

So far so good, little booting and some constipation with day 1 but all is good today!

The fiber sweep is doing its thing… The texture freaks me out… Hence the face 👇🏼 but it taste ok!

I’m feeling a little sluggish since I’m on a calorie deficit so no workouts so my body can focus on riding the bad things in it instead of repairing muscle etc.

Enjoyed yummy breakfast & dinner and now to relax with some tea and do some work!

I can’t wait to share my results with you!

Results… #DitchTheScale

Hey everyone!

It has been an amazing 30 days and I know most have been aware that I am doing the Masters Challenge– Beachbody’s Hammer and Chisel program! I am so excited, nervous and happy to be sharing these 30 day results with you!

Truly… this is always the hardest thing, putting yourself out there for people to see your journey but my goal is you are inspired to make health and fitness goals yourself and join me in helping you achieve them!

This program has not been easy by any means but it was a challenge I loved and continue to love every day. I still have 3o days to go until completion but here is what I learned so far.

  1. This is a marathon not a sprint.
  2. Results come when I work hard and when I don’t my results suffer.
  3. EATING RIGHT IS KEY TO SUCCESS– there were a few days where I fell off the wagon on my eating but I got right back on my horse.
  4. I learned to embrace the WTF moments: mainly at 4am when I was doing the workouts…but as soon as it is over I couldn’t be happier! It literally is 30-45 mins a day, why was I complaining. I embraced all of it though.
  5. I still have a long way to go– progress not perfection.

SO! That is what I learned so far in 30days– This program is absolutely amazing. It has everything I ever wanted in a training program. You build off of every level Strength, endurance and power and I feel so much strong.

Most people are into measurable results so let me give you an example of where I started vs today.

So Jan 4th I started the program a steady size 4, 147 lbs and my crap scale said 32% body fat. Today, February 1st, I am a size 2 (even those are big) but my thighs are too big for zeros (I am so ok with that 😬😉) I am 144.5 lbs and 28% body fat. Honestly the scale didn’t move much but I DO NOT CARE and you shouldn’t either. I am currently looking to be the leanest and meanest muscular machine! I won’t be 115 lbs ever because I love CrossFit and at 5’5″ that is just not possible. I do have 10 more lbs to go to be at my ideal weight but if I did not hit that weight and got to 15 -18% body fat I would be okay too.

The point of this is to show you that no matter what stage I am at, 147 pounds or 144.5 pounds, I love my body either way. I don’t workout because I hate my body or the way I look and you shouldn’t either! We workout because we love our body and we want to be the most healthiest, happiest we can be! So love yourself throughout your entire journey!

If you are interested in my results, talking more or joining our Team Fearless Fitness Beauty and Beast Challenge group please feel free to email me at CoachTina.TeamFearlessFitness@gmail.com or add me as a friend on FB and direct message me! I would love to connect and see how we can help you hit your goals.

THE RESULTS ARE IN: (apologize for the weird angles, no one was home to take my pics tonight so propped up books and selfie timer it was LOL)

Peace out!

Hello… Is it me your looking for?

HAHA… Okay… but in serious… You definitely were probably looking for me. Well here is the thing, I have been looking for GAINS! Duh! 😜

Since Christmas time my life has been GO- GO- GO. But all for the good.

To start… I am tackling a new Challenge called The Hammer and Chisel Masters challenge. If you haven’t heard. I packed on 7 lbs from Thanksgiving to New Years and it is time to get that shit under control.

IMG_1530

So to hold my self accountable I joined a Coach Masters Challenge Group! It is going great! I weight in next week on my 30 days! I will post my 30 day before and afters then 🙂 GET READY!

If you are interested in joining me and the team, we have a Beauty and Beast Masters Challenge group starting Feb 15th!

I have been traveling a lot, we spent the holidays in Auburn, FL and we will soon be in CO and then I will hit PA! Lots of airplane love and miles to rack up 🙂

When the New Year hit Jim and I celebrated 2 years together! Seemed like so much longer but we have been friends for almost 8 of those years so it makes sense. We celebrated with an amazing steak dinner and then… I ran a 15K the next day haha. He is so supported of my crazy fitness life. Truly is my soul mate.

IMG_1429

So… here we are… pre- me dying… I ran the whole thing! Finished in 1hr and 35mins! Not bad for my first 15K, it was for charity too!

Not too shaby… It was invigorating!

We love doing charity workouts and supporting causes especially ones that hit close to home like the AVON39! Myself and my Team Fearless Fitness memebers are still active in raising money for the Avon39, The Walk to End Breast Cancer. You might have seen this around too…

IMG_1419

That is right… I am the face of the Pandora, and Facebook Social Media ads… and if you have picked up a Shape Magazine lately… you will see my sisters beautiful face! She is too!

Thank you Cara Alwill Leyba for inspiring me everyday by your books, your IG post etc and eventually this class. Everything I have turned into has been because of the confidence your coaching has brought 🙂

That is all for now Fitfam. I promise to stay more consistent!

Travel can set your goals back….but does it have to?

As most of you know, I travel a lot. Mostly for work but then there are plenty trips to Auburn to see my familia!

Traveling doesn’t always mean my first priority is nutrition and fitness.. But it should be!

Being in Pennsylvania so far has taught me that I can travel and still hit my goals…

I just have to want it.. And by want it… I mean JUST DO IT!

So you may ask how it is possible to stay on track when going away, living out of a suite case for 7 days without a routine, and no kitchen to meal prep?

Here are my tips for fitness travel survival!

  1. Be prepared! Plan out your workout time and the restaurants you will be eating at! Planning is key to success and that continues with traveling. Pre- pack your workout DVDS, preworkout, Shakeology Etc!
  2. Don’t over indulge… You’re on vacation or experiencing a new place so have fun but don’t over do it. You can have a pumpkin ale of a hometown brewery without consuming the whole keg… Right?
  3. Be nonnegotiable with your workouts!! This is key! Even if you can’t do a planned DVD workout or you have no gym find ways to stay active! Go for a hike, do deadlifts with your suit case! Be resourceful!
  4.  Get good sleep!  This still applies, especially traveling to new time zones! You must get adequate rest so that you can wake up feeling energized to tackle your day!
  5.  Continue to log your food and workouts!  Accountability is key to success so even if you are just writing it down check in with yourself or your coach!

Traveling doesn’t have to be the lose all gain all! You can still have fun and hit your goals as long as you just FOCUS!

So get out there! Explore the world and take your routine with you!
