Spring Forward!

So this is my favorite time of year! Longer days so we can enjoy the warm sunshine…

Although there is no sunshine today ๐Ÿ˜ณ

  
Nothing but rain and gloomy skies! But that’s ok! 

I was able to do all my meal prep and get my body ready to tackle my new program that starts tomorrow!

   
 
Yep! 22 Minutes a day to get a slammin body for summer ๐Ÿ‘™๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Oh yeah!

I have a FitGirl Boot Camp starting April first for those who do not ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿป want to be hiding out in the house this summer ๐Ÿ˜‰

That’s a wrap!

Day 3 complete!

    
I’m feeling amazing! System is getting back to normal! I grocery shopped and meal prepped to continue my clean eating habits but I’m happy to eat eggs and chicken again๐Ÿค—

My meals have been great though! 

   

I was hungry but I got to still eat real food. I totally recommend trying the refresh if you are plateauing or need to restart your healthy eating habits!

It’s only 3 days!! You can do it, if I can you can! 

I can’t wait to post my before and after photos tomorrow so you really see the change that I have made.

Day 1 done!

Well I made it through the day without wanting to eat my arm off! 

  
Day 1 finito! I’m excited to be on this journey and it wasn’t crazy hard because I get to eat real food!

I’m not starving myself of nutrients doing the refresh, I’m actually fueling it with amazing superfoods, antioxidants vitamins and minerals. 

My breakfast was yummy as always, snacks kept me food and the shakes had a lot of protein to supplement the lack of meat. 

Only 2 more days to go!!

   
 
I even started Day 1 of the 21 Day Fix and will continue to document my journey! Stay tuned for more!
