Wow! Fitfam, it has been a week since we have dropped a line and I am already home from PA!

What an amazing trip! For all you Football Fans, I had the pleasure of being on the #2 field in the USA! Penn State bay-bee! We had to use our charm to get in but man, what an experience all around! I mean check out how GORGEOUS this field is!

Now I am back in Cali and ready to rock and roll on a new program for the next  days! lots of clean eating and workouts before DISNEYLAND!

Yep, my sister and I celebrate our birthday’s in Disney! Get ready to see some awesome pics! Lot’s of walking… and not so great for you treats. Eh we are human too ya know and we always need to celebrate our birthday’s!

Insanity meets CrossFit

Hi fitness followers! 

Yes I know it’s been a while, I have been busy getting my work and workout on ๐Ÿ˜œ

Lots of updates and then the core of this post is about goals! 

Announcements! 

  1. July 2015= the release of new programs CIZE and our new performance line of workout products! Get on the list to be in the know for when they drop! Email me to grab the link! 
  2. New coaches! We have new coaches to team fearless fitness! Coach Lauren and Coach Jim!! Please give them a big fearless welcome! We are still bringing in new coaches so if you or anyone else is interested email me! We would love to have you!

GOALS! Why do we set them? What do you want to achieve? Have you set goals? What is the plan to achieve those goals? 

So many questions but all comes back to one thing- the plan. You have to put in the time to plan your goals, your workouts, your meals. If you don’t it’s like you plan to fail. 

Insanity has met crossfit for the next 60 days!! The am is going to consist of my Insanity Max 30 programming for Cardio and crossfit will provide my weight training and HIIT workouts! My goal is to drop body fat And lean out for summer!! I’m on my second week and it is going well so far!! I’m so pumped to be setting these goals and being able to share my progress with you!
