Day 4… I’m liking thisย 

So no video today, short and sweet because this Coach has lots to do to get ready for our big Beachbody Super Saturday event!

Any who… So I did 21 Day Fix Pilates.. Killer… Who knew Pilates could be so freakin challenging! Then ended my night with some Crossfit where I PR’d! What what! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

  
The eating plan and portion control is going great! I’m sticking to my containers and honestly it’s not even a struggle! I honestly can’t even finish all my allowed containers! It’s so much food! 

Look! Tonight was fiesta bowls again, 1 green and 1 red & salsa! So much food!  

 
So on that note, I’m absolutely loving this 21 Day Fix! I will have a video update tomorrow but for now it’s off to do work then catch some ๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ’ค

Day 3, I survived LinkedIn Training!

I know I know… I was scared that I would cave at LinkedIn… BUT I didn’t have to! 

They didn’t provide food just coffee and only whole milk (which I can’t drink) so I got lucky! No Temptation! Oh yeah oh yeah!

Got to learn some cool stuff today, I tell you… LinkedIn is so cool. If you do not have a LinkedIn profile you should. It is great for job hunting.

Summer Slim Down with 21 Day Fix & Coach T

June 21st was the OFFICIAL start of summer!
THAT IS RIGHT… SUMMER! 
AND in 3 months, it will become everything Fall, everything PUMPKIN!
Can you believe that? Where does the time go? 
Well first lets address the NOW. The now is it is summer time. 
That is BBQ’s, Beaches, Parties and Bathing Suit season! But before all that… Have you checked in with your self and your goals? 
Where are you REALLY at? Be Honest! 
Have you been working hard all year?

Have you just been doing the minimum?

Have you not done anything at all?
If you haven’t done anything… WHAT is stopping you?
Life?

Schedule?

Procrastination?
What ever it may be.. the answer is easy… 
But first… try these simple steps:

1. Set a Goal. Make a long term and short term goal and schedule check ins with your coach to get to that goal. Set smart goals… Specific. Measurable. Action Realistic. Time based goals.

2. Effective Dosage: We get the need to have that “kick in the ass without the over load of a massive program” The answer find one that works for YOU! 

3. Be Consistent– this is a given. You must do the work to get the results. If you want to achieve your goals you need to be consistently working at them everyday. It is a process. 

4. Train Hard Play Hard—Train Smart: Finding the program for you can be tough but it doesn’t have to be when you have a Team Fearless Fitness Coach by your side! We are here to dial in on exactly what challenge group and program best fits our needs! Reunited and it feels so good!

First off let me start by saying I feel very blessed to be able to share my journey with all of you who are willing to listen.

Second one of my bffs from Portland is in town!!! Miss Monica Paid Cali a visit and I couldn’t be happier!

Monica was and has been a fitness inspiration since I started working out in 2010. She is a huge motivator for me and I get so excited when she comes home to visit ๐Ÿ˜Š

Well we got to workout together, met my girl Steph for UJam! As I mentioned a while ago I am a Ujam instructor in training. Completing my certs at the end of August. Well today I taught my first class, sort of I taught a song but it was the greatest feeling! Totally pushed me out of my comfort zone! It wasn’t that great but i did it!

I can go to bed completely satisfied with today that I indeed, nailed it!

And now I’m eating a yummy polenta bake! Comment for the recipe and I will add it to the blog!

I’m actually losing the weight!

Hey everyone! I lost 3lbs!!! I’m pretty proud I stayed on track even through the weekend! I did allow my self one cheat meal -meal- not day and u worked out super hard!

It hasn’t been easy but I have surpassed the temptations and now am on my second week of my new life style

Minus my 3lbs of fat gone my new skin care products came today!!! My Nerium day & night cream! So today I took my before photo and will test my new skin care line for the next 30 days! Anyone else interested in trying let me know. I know a guy who knows a guy haha aka my bf who is a brand partner!! So jump on my skin care band wagon!

I mean I want a healthy body why not healthy skin too!?!?
