Can you even believe that we only have a little under two months left in the year?! Wild right.

With the holidays coming up I decided to bring back my monthly favorites videos and holiday gift guides.

Nashville ๐Ÿ’•

This weekend I left home and embarked on a 3 day powerful coaching journey where I celebrated with my amazing team our accomplishments, worked out with super star trainers and had the time in an a amazing new city!

They say their is something about finding your passion and diving head first into it that you will never feel as though it’s work, I agree. 
This didn’t feel like work, it felt like family. 


That’s 25,000 family members working out together, helping to end the trend of obesity! 


It was meeting my team, exploring new eats and being inspired by others.

We ate healthy together….

And enjoyed Nashville’s treats … Because it’s about balance ๐Ÿ˜Ž

And off the stage:

I’ve never felt so inspired, motivated and excited to continue on my mission of helping you all hit goals! 

I’m truly blessed to be living my life with passion and doing it with this fabulous team of fearless fitness coaches!!

I truly believe this life is about balance, 90/10- why? Because we are not promised tomorrow. So buy the shoes, invest in your health, and every once in a while, totally ok to eat the ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿ˜. Again-?its #๏ธโƒฃBALANCE

Transformation Tuesday!ย 

I couldn’t be more proud of my mom. 

She’s killing her results with CIZE and Really focusing on her nutrition, drinking Shakeology every day! 

One thing that that’s crazy is she has lower back chronic pain and despite it debilitating her at times she never gave up, she pushes play as much as possible and always focuses on her goals. 

We don’t live close so I’m able to coach her remotely and her support comes from our amazing team! She is continuing to crush goals and set new ones everyday and is a perfect example of what a fitness journey looks like! 

For those who say I’m too old to workout or I can’t- you are wrong.

For those who say I don’t know if I can find time- you are wrong.

For those who say I live too far away for me to coach them- your wrong. 

I’m letting the results speak for themselves! 

This is achievable! You have to have the drive!

I’m so proud of you mom! For pushing everyday, inspiring others and being the best!

Stay Inspiredย 

Plan A… Today mine was to get up workout but my body had other plans. Still had my migraine and still was feeling sick so I decided to use the extra hour for sleep.
The one thing I’ve learned in my journey is it is ok to have to move through the alphabet. 
As long as you never give up!
So PM workout session before Training sessions today it is!

โ˜˜ Happy St. Patty’s Day!ย 

Normally I would be downing Guinness and Corn Beef but since I’m tackling the 22MHC challenge I am refraining…

I’m still going to celebrate though! Thanks to the Beachbody blog I’m covered!   

Total Time: 15 min.

Prep Time: 15 min.

Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

1 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced

ยผ cup fresh mint leaves

1 tsp. pure maple syrup

1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology

1 cup ice cubes
Preparation:

1. Place almond milk, kiwi, mint, maple syrup, Shakeology, and ice in blender.

2. Cover and blend until smooth.
Refreshing right!
