Wahoo! Day 3 done and I feel great ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘Š

I got my two mile run in and some PiYo upper body but my big calorie burn goes to the one and only #UJAMFitness!!!

Have you ever heard of it!? If you haven’t I encourage you to YouTube some videos! U-Jam Fitness is an athletic hip-hop fitness workout that combines dance and high energy music for a freaking awesome burn! It’s such a great workout I’m even taking the steps to become an instructor!

Anyways it’s just another form of burning calories where I’m actually having fun and getting a great workout! Like I said if you haven’t heard of it look up a class near you and try it! Even got the BF to come to a class ๐Ÿ˜‰

Kick Ass Tuesday

Well today is day 2! Only ten more before the cravings go away, haha๐Ÿ˜œ

I was struggling today! I am not sure why but pizza was on my brain the while day. Don’t worry… I didn’t cave ๐Ÿ˜‰
I am exhausted but glad I got my workouts in. Little HIIT workout followed by some PiYo oh and don’t forget my 2mile lunch run!

Feel like I nailed my workouts- they definitely left me sore ๐Ÿ’ช
