Wow! Fitfam, it has been a week since we have dropped a line and I am already home from PA!

What an amazing trip! For all you Football Fans, I had the pleasure of being on the #2 field in the USA! Penn State bay-bee! We had to use our charm to get in but man, what an experience all around! I mean check out how GORGEOUS this field is!

Now I am back in Cali and ready to rock and roll on a new program for the next  days! lots of clean eating and workouts before DISNEYLAND!

Why not you?

I sat for the last couple of days thinking about what my next post would be about. 

I had so much to express but not sure exactly what I wanted to share with you… then it hit me. A video is worth a thousand words so why not make this treat for you to watch…. see below.

Physical Activity does more than just help with weight loss, it helps prevent and combat health conditions and diseases. It improves your mood and boosts your energy! It promotes better sleep and even can put a spark back into your love life! 

Bottom line- YOU NEED to be health and care about how and what you put into your body… Everyday we see people decide that it is their time to make the change and invest in themself.

Wow this weekend Flew by…

What an amazing weekend. It was filled with so many highs and then ended with some crappy lows but it is okay, you push through and you move forward.

To give you a recap:

FRIDAY: I had the day off. YES. I know.

–It honestly was amazing. I had appointments in SF but I got to workout on my own time and do me for a while which never happens. Sometimes a girl just needs her nails did, yeah feel me ??๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿผ

Friday night was so great! I was reunited with my dance crew in San Jose for Groov3! It was so great to one be able to dance with them again but two meet new friends and get my sweat on! I honestly believe that DANCE is a cure for any emotion you feel. It is how I made it through HS and College!

  
SATURDAY– another day of amazingness with the crew! Got to reunite with the OLD SKOOL crew at AP5 and dance our little Hearts out in Richmond, CA!

   
    
    
 Then… 11pm hit… when all you do is want to get home because you are exhausted from burning nearly 3,000 calories and your are hungry but your SUV decides it wants to be a pain and die. Yes straight up die, no battery no steering no nothing. DEAD AND GONE.

So here comes Jim and AAA to the rescue…. It is 3am… I am finally in bed… NOT COOL. So you can imagine that my Sunday was full of stress and for dinner I had a 1/2 a pint of Artic Zero Ice Cream and A box of Teddy Ghrams… Yep I ate my feelings. NOT COOL EITHER. But I am owning up to it.

I always say, what you eat in private you wear in public… that goes for me too. SO DON’T HIDE IT. Just admit to your faults and move on, life ain’t easy and we all have a struggle. IT IS REAL I TELL YOU!

So today was a lot better– back on track with my eating and I got an amazing burn in doing “livin in the 8’s”  and “21 Day Fix Cardio” this AM. Honestly, these two programs have been my Saviors since they were released! 30min workouts and dialed in nutrition with the Fix and just a fun ass workout with CIZE.

Day 3, I survived LinkedIn Training!

I know I know… I was scared that I would cave at LinkedIn… BUT I didn’t have to! 

They didn’t provide food just coffee and only whole milk (which I can’t drink) so I got lucky! No Temptation! Oh yeah oh yeah!

Got to learn some cool stuff today, I tell you… LinkedIn is so cool. If you do not have a LinkedIn profile you should. It is great for job hunting.

Where have I been? Here, there and everywhere!

Okay… So I have been M.I.A the past month. I know, I suck in that regard. But… for all good reason!

Iย BRING YOU SUCH AMAZING NEWSย TODAY!

That is right! Out side of a huge recap of where Team Fearless Fitness has been, but where our goals are, what we are launching and what amazing things you can expect the next few weeks!

But first, to share some empowering and inspiring words.

Most know that I am a one year survivor, I underwent my bilateral segmental mastectomy about a year and a half ago and I have been doing wellย in my recovery and getting stronger every day. You also know, I am a VERY large supporter of the AVON 39 Walk to End Breast Cancer. I was prior to my journey and now I am an even BIGGER supporter!

Well… Last weekend, Team Fearless Fitness hit the streets ofย San Franciscoย to CRUSHย 39.3 milesย in the Fight against Breast Cancer. We walked through Pier 39, Through the financial district, into China town, back into the Marina through Fort Mason and over the Golden Gate Bridge, into Sausalito Tiburon and camping out in Corte Madera Park.

We conquered 23.9 miles on Saturday and on Sunday another 15.4. It was anย Amazing, inspiring andย unforgettableย journeyย and the best thing is I got to CRUSH IT representing my team and along side myย Best Friend and Sister Lo.ย

Meal Prep?

People always ask why I do it and then once they see my results they ask me how.

Dedication– harsh but truth.

It is how it is done. It is honestly like being in a relationship with your diet and exercise. You wouldn’t cheat on your BF/GF, Husband/ Wife/Spouse Etc, why would you cheat on this?

Simple– people say I don’t have time, it costs too much money, I don’t like eating the same things.

If in between a 50hr work week, coaching, online classes and now CrossFit I find time to work out and meal prep, you my friends can too and I WILL HELP YOU!

The first step is wanting to commit to being dedicated. You can not cancel on yourself, you have to be a straight #BOSS.

Bosses don’t flake on their dreams and aspirations.

NOW THE MOMENT YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR….

An easy meal prep breakfast!

Bacon Wrapped Eggs! You can take them with you all week long!

What do I need?

*6 slices of low sodium bacon

*2 Tbsp melted butter

*6 eggs

*6 slices of cheddar cheese (1 1/2 inch squares)

What do I do?

1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cups of muffin tin

2.Cook bacon in a large skillet about 7-8 mins

3. line sides of each cup with bacon. Spoon 1Tsp of butter into each tin. Crack an egg into each tin.

4. Bake until desired egg consistency. 10-15mins top each egg with cheese and bake for 1min until melted.

What am I eating?

1 serving = 1 egg

174 CAL

14.3g Fat

10.7g Protein

.6g Carbs
