Transform your diet Tuesday!

I went from Pizza eating 4 days a week to meal prepping and understanding what veggies I need to fuel my body and get maximum results! 
Being Mexican/ Italian/American; eating fried, carb loaded, cheesy & greasy plates of joy was in my blood. Tamales, pasta and garlic bread, burgers fries oh my! You name it, this girl ate it. Through my journey my food intake definitely has took a whole #Transformation. That doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy all those things I love and are in my heritage but I do it in moderation and I know my portions!
I know it’s seems complex to “count macros” but it doesn’t have to be! 
What if I told you that you could understand portion control, gain confidence in seeing results, cut cravings and still enjoy things you love like wine and chocolate!? 
Would you believe me? 

You should! My results prove it! In just 2 years I turned my shโญ๏ธt eating habits into a healthy lifestyle and now I want to pay it forward and help you!

Do you have melt downs? I do…

Well, here we are Sunday afternoon in a laundry mat… Haha my life is pretty routine and I usually love that but recently I have been feeling the urge to shake shit up.

Travel! I want to or better yet need to go on an amazing vacation… But my wallet calmly reminds me to sit the f#*# down. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I started to get really down and sh*t living in the Bay Area will do that, it’s expensive! But the one thing in thankful for and I’m blessed to have is Beachbody and my girls. I can’t complain when I have the best freaking slags in the world! 


Yep my #Tribe is awesome! My team fearless fitness coaches are my life and I wouldn’t have it any other way! We grind together and we face ever freaking obstacle together! These girls are the best! 

On an upbeat note! Our team has so much going on this summer! I can’t help but get excited! 

Birthdays and celebrations galore, the avon walk is in less than 2 months then Nashville and Vegas!!! So even though I might be a little stressed, I’m definitely blessed and I just need to always remind myself of it.

Transformation with CIZE!ย 

In honor of @shauntfitness month I wanted to prove that hitting goals is possible and you can do it with having fun too! 
#Repost Meet Storm’in B, she noticed a loss in flexibility when she gained weight and knew it was time to take control. Meet Heather ๐Ÿ’—

Meet Heather, she is amazing. 
She started her journey with the 21 Day Fix and seen amazing results but felt she had hit a plateau so she decided it was time to really up her game! 
That’s when she joined our currently running, biggest losers challenge, and it began with the 3 Day Refresh! 
She had a big win with jump starting her fitness, getting back to eating healthier, drinking her Shakeology and working out!

Proud Coach Moment!

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Big CONGRATS goes out to my challenger! She is a hard biz woman, 50years old has knee problems and had to modify some of her workouts but despite her travel schedule for work and her injuries she KILLED her very first round of the #21DayFix and I couldn’t be more happy!!Total weight loss round 1, 7.5lbs! 

Nothing makes me more excited than watching her hit her goals! She’s driven, motivated and is already on round 2!!!

Dieting is hard and I know because I’m famous for yo-yo’ing in my diet all the time.

Have you had your #GirlBossMoment?ย 

I planned my whole career out.. To be in the medical field. So it was no surprise that I found my job as an EMT, now if you would tell me that it would be short lived and I would be facing having a bilateral segmental masectamy a year later… I would have told you your an idiot and to get off web MD. 
But that’s how it panned out. My dream of helping people was short lived when I realized I needed to start thinking of how I was going to lift myself off the couch let alone carry the weight of someone else. I didn’t think I could help anyone.
Then came the coaching opportunity: I put all my efforts into my business as a Coach. What was I thinking?! I was totally helping people! Motivating, inspiring, showing them that no matter the struggle there is always a light.
That’s when I had my big #GirlBossMoment 
I didn’t have to be an EMT, a medic a nurse or a doctor to help people. I just have to be ME! 
I dove deep into personal development and motivational videos and out came Team Fearless Fitness. 
There are so many influences who make coaching possible for me, our entire team of mentors and Beachbody staff who believe in us and what we are doing to truly help others. 
My goal in my team is to inspire others to live the life they want to regardless of the struggles.
