This weekend I left home and embarked on a 3 day powerful coaching journey where I celebrated with my amazing team our accomplishments, worked out with super star trainers and had the time in an a amazing new city!

They say their is something about finding your passion and diving head first into it that you will never feel as though it’s work, I agree. 
This didn’t feel like work, it felt like family. 


That’s 25,000 family members working out together, helping to end the trend of obesity! 


It was meeting my team, exploring new eats and being inspired by others.

We ate healthy together….

And enjoyed Nashville’s treats … Because it’s about balance ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Avocado… Mess everywhere!

Ever cut an Avocado only to just be wearing it all over your hands?! 
Well the Beachbody blog has you covered! 

Just cut the avocado in two, remove the pit with a spoon, slice the avocado while itโ€™s still in itโ€™s shell, and remove all of the slices at once with a spoon. Or, use a spoon to remove the avocado in one large a piece and then slice.

Sunday Feels๐Ÿ’—

I truly believe this life is about balance, 90/10- why? Because we are not promised tomorrow. So buy the shoes, invest in your health, and every once in a while, totally ok to eat the ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿ˜. Again-?its #๏ธโƒฃBALANCE 

So back on track for another week of my Turbo Fire programming! Meal prep completed!

Transformation Tuesday!ย 

I couldn’t be more proud of my mom. 

She’s killing her results with CIZE and Really focusing on her nutrition, drinking Shakeology every day! 

One thing that that’s crazy is she has lower back chronic pain and despite it debilitating her at times she never gave up, she pushes play as much as possible and always focuses on her goals. 

We don’t live close so I’m able to coach her remotely and her support comes from our amazing team! She is continuing to crush goals and set new ones everyday and is a perfect example of what a fitness journey looks like! 

For those who say I’m too old to workout or I can’t- you are wrong.

For those who say I don’t know if I can find time- you are wrong.

For those who say I live too far away for me to coach them- your wrong. 

I’m letting the results speak for themselves! 

This is achievable! You have to have the drive!

I’m so proud of you mom! For pushing everyday, inspiring others and being the best!

Because it’s Friday- and I’m sure your being haunted by weekend treats, summer cook outs and happy hour galores… I must remind you…

You are stronger than you think๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Trust me.

I have a few tips for you to stay on track this weekend: 

๐Ÿ’Ÿ think big picture- think of the overal goal and plan. Is a piece of cake at a birthday, which will give you 10 mins of foodie pleasure worth potentially derailing your wee of progress??

๐Ÿ’Ÿ Mentally get in the game. Again, not a quick fix, not a sprint. Weight loss journeys are marathons. It’s not easy their are hills but you have to keep pushing up it because your success overall will shine at the finish line!

๐Ÿ’Ÿ Get over it- be a realist. If you F up your eating habits, say you have that cake. Enjoy it and move on. Don’t dwell on it, talk negotiable Y about yourself or stress. Remember we Fail Forward! Being healthy isn’t easy, if it was their wouldn’t be an obesity issue!

๐Ÿ’Ÿ Success is cause to celebrate- but not with food! Stay away from food prizes, try treating yourself to a manicure, new shoes or even a massage! 

In the end you are in charge of reaching that success point! Be and feeling beautiful doing it should be key!

Transform your diet Tuesday!

I went from Pizza eating 4 days a week to meal prepping and understanding what veggies I need to fuel my body and get maximum results! 
Being Mexican/ Italian/American; eating fried, carb loaded, cheesy & greasy plates of joy was in my blood. Tamales, pasta and garlic bread, burgers fries oh my! You name it, this girl ate it. Through my journey my food intake definitely has took a whole #Transformation. That doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy all those things I love and are in my heritage but I do it in moderation and I know my portions!
I know it’s seems complex to “count macros” but it doesn’t have to be! 
What if I told you that you could understand portion control, gain confidence in seeing results, cut cravings and still enjoy things you love like wine and chocolate!? 
Would you believe me? 

You should! My results prove it! In just 2 years I turned my shโญ๏ธt eating habits into a healthy lifestyle and now I want to pay it forward and help you!
