I’m so glad that this cleanse allows you the ability to eat really good still because I would have died!
But my results are in!! I can say that this wasn’t easy and it put me to the test! I had to avoid temptation all around me- the work place- my house- I literally watched my boyfriend eat pizza as I inhaled my spinach leaves ๐
But it was well worth it! I feel so amazing!
So here are my numbers….
Starting weight: 149.4 lbs
Starting body fat %: 30.6%
End weight: 143.4 lbs
End body fat %: 27.9%

When I wanted to just binge on chocolate I had Shakeology in the AM which helped my cravings through the day. It also filed my body with super foods so I never felt too hungry or like I was starving.

It has been an amazing 30 days and I know most have been aware that I am doing the Masters Challenge– Beachbody’s Hammer and Chisel program! I am so excited, nervous and happy to be sharing these 30 day results with you!
Truly… this is always the hardest thing, putting yourself out there for people to see your journey but my goal is you are inspired to make health and fitness goals yourself and join me in helping you achieve them!
This program has not been easy by any means but it was a challenge I loved and continue to love every day. I still have 3o days to go until completion but here is what I learned so far.
This is a marathon not a sprint.
Results come when I work hard and when I don’t my results suffer.
EATING RIGHT IS KEY TO SUCCESS– there were a few days where I fell off the wagon on my eating but I got right back on my horse.
I learned to embrace the WTF moments: mainly at 4am when I was doing the workouts…but as soon as it is over I couldn’t be happier! It literally is 30-45 mins a day, why was I complaining. I embraced all of it though.
I still have a long way to go– progress not perfection.
SO! That is what I learned so far in 30days– This program is absolutely amazing. It has everything I ever wanted in a training program. You build off of every level Strength, endurance and power and I feel so much strong.
Most people are into measurable results so let me give you an example of where I started vs today.
So Jan 4th I started the program a steady size 4, 147 lbs and my crap scale said 32% body fat. Today, February 1st, I am a size 2 (even those are big) but my thighs are too big for zeros (I am so ok with that ๐ฌ๐) I am 144.5 lbs and 28% body fat. Honestly the scale didn’t move much but I DO NOT CARE and you shouldn’t either. I am currently looking to be the leanest and meanest muscular machine! I won’t be 115 lbs ever because I love CrossFit and at 5’5″ that is just not possible. I do have 10 more lbs to go to be at my ideal weight but if I did not hit that weight and got to 15 -18% body fat I would be okay too.
The point of this is to show you that no matter what stage I am at, 147 pounds or 144.5 pounds, I love my body either way. I don’t workout because I hate my body or the way I look and you shouldn’t either! We workout because we love our body and we want to be the most healthiest, happiest we can be! So love yourself throughout your entire journey!

They truly made the start of 28 amazing! With that being said….
This is the start of the giving season! I love to participate in charity events that help out families all year long but during the holiday season especially.

๐ Avon 39 The Walk to end Breast Cancer- We are still continuing to raise money through our team page! Walking 39 miles and raising money will benefit thousands of woman and their family affected by this horrific disease. To help support the fight or join our team click the link below!

Wow! Fitfam, it has been a week since we have dropped a line and I am already home from PA!
What an amazing trip! For all you Football Fans, I had the pleasure of being on the #2 field in the USA! Penn State bay-bee! We had to use our charm to get in but man, what an experience all around! I mean check out how GORGEOUS this field is!

I sat for the last couple of days thinking about what my next post would be about.
I had so much to express but not sure exactly what I wanted to share with you… then it hit me. A video is worth a thousand words so why not make this treat for you to watch…. see below.

Physical Activity does more than just help with weight loss, it helps prevent and combat health conditions and diseases. It improves your mood and boosts your energy! It promotes better sleep and even can put a spark back into your love life!
Bottom line- YOU NEED to be health and care about how and what you put into your body… Everyday we see people decide that it is their time to make the change and invest in themself.

What an amazing weekend. It was filled with so many highs and then ended with some crappy lows but it is okay, you push through and you move forward.
To give you a recap:
FRIDAY: I had the day off. YES. I know.
–It honestly was amazing. I had appointments in SF but I got to workout on my own time and do me for a while which never happens. Sometimes a girl just needs her nails did, yeah feel me ??๐๐ ๐ผ
Friday night was so great! I was reunited with my dance crew in San Jose for Groov3! It was so great to one be able to dance with them again but two meet new friends and get my sweat on! I honestly believe that DANCE is a cure for any emotion you feel. It is how I made it through HS and College!
SATURDAY– another day of amazingness with the crew! Got to reunite with the OLD SKOOL crew at AP5 and dance our little Hearts out in Richmond, CA!
Then… 11pm hit… when all you do is want to get home because you are exhausted from burning nearly 3,000 calories and your are hungry but your SUV decides it wants to be a pain and die. Yes straight up die, no battery no steering no nothing. DEAD AND GONE.
So here comes Jim and AAA to the rescue…. It is 3am… I am finally in bed… NOT COOL. So you can imagine that my Sunday was full of stress and for dinner I had a 1/2 a pint of Artic Zero Ice Cream and A box of Teddy Ghrams… Yep I ate my feelings. NOT COOL EITHER. But I am owning up to it.
I always say, what you eat in private you wear in public… that goes for me too. SO DON’T HIDE IT. Just admit to your faults and move on, life ain’t easy and we all have a struggle. IT IS REAL I TELL YOU!
So today was a lot better– back on track with my eating and I got an amazing burn in doing “livin in the 8’s” and “21 Day Fix Cardio” this AM. Honestly, these two programs have been my Saviors since they were released! 30min workouts and dialed in nutrition with the Fix and just a fun ass workout with CIZE.
Again, we are hosting our August Challenge Groups all month! THIS IS HUGE, everything you need in 30days to reach your results!! YOU HAVE TO WANT THIS! I can’t do it for you!
