It’s WOD Wednseday so obviously I have an awesome workout for you coming soon but first let’s talk  outfits!

Transform your diet Tuesday!

I went from Pizza eating 4 days a week to meal prepping and understanding what veggies I need to fuel my body and get maximum results! 
Being Mexican/ Italian/American; eating fried, carb loaded, cheesy & greasy plates of joy was in my blood. Tamales, pasta and garlic bread, burgers fries oh my! You name it, this girl ate it. Through my journey my food intake definitely has took a whole #Transformation. That doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy all those things I love and are in my heritage but I do it in moderation and I know my portions!
I know it’s seems complex to “count macros” but it doesn’t have to be! 
What if I told you that you could understand portion control, gain confidence in seeing results, cut cravings and still enjoy things you love like wine and chocolate!? 
Would you believe me? 

You should! My results prove it! In just 2 years I turned my shโญ๏ธt eating habits into a healthy lifestyle and now I want to pay it forward and help you!

Casual Chicย 

So I’ve decided to do something crazy and turn my love for fitness and fashion into an experiment! 

So y’all know or have heard I was doing the #ProjectNoMoreActiveWear challenge? Well why does it have to be no more!! My new thing is #FitnessMeetsFashion because with how stylish my Active wear is why wouldn’t I want to dress it up some days! 

My goal is to provide you style ideas for people, like me, who love their comfy clothes! 

I’ll start by my outfit today… I call it casual chic


Off to the office at 5a is no joke so I need to and want to feel comfortable but look great! 

I’m wearing my fav #BananaRepublic Heritage Drawstring Trouser paired with a light/dark grey stripped hued The Loft V Sweater.  Paired with black Mossimo flats this look is super chic but casual and comfy enough to feel like I’m still in yoga pants! 

Feeling super inspired today so I decided to pair it with a friendship necklace my sister and I share #ToyStoryQuotes are the best “You’ve got a friend in me”

Do you have melt downs? I do…

Well, here we are Sunday afternoon in a laundry mat… Haha my life is pretty routine and I usually love that but recently I have been feeling the urge to shake shit up.

Travel! I want to or better yet need to go on an amazing vacation… But my wallet calmly reminds me to sit the f#*# down. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I started to get really down and sh*t living in the Bay Area will do that, it’s expensive! But the one thing in thankful for and I’m blessed to have is Beachbody and my girls. I can’t complain when I have the best freaking slags in the world! 


Yep my #Tribe is awesome! My team fearless fitness coaches are my life and I wouldn’t have it any other way! We grind together and we face ever freaking obstacle together! These girls are the best! 

On an upbeat note! Our team has so much going on this summer! I can’t help but get excited! 

Birthdays and celebrations galore, the avon walk is in less than 2 months then Nashville and Vegas!!! So even though I might be a little stressed, I’m definitely blessed and I just need to always remind myself of it.

21 Day Fix Extreme and why the scale is a B

Happy Sunday Fit Fam!!

I am BEYOND excited to share with you my results from the first round of the 21 Day Fix Extreme. 

I will start by saying that the workouts were totally harder than the original program, as expected and I definitely felt it! 

This time around a struggled. Hard. Nutrition was crazy difficult for me and I’m not sure why. I fell off a few days but quickly picked myself up. I definitely saw some fab results though I could have been more strict. Progress not perfection right? 

So the scale… She is a real Bitch. Yep. I always say to weigh before and then don’t until the end of a program and I typically don’t get A F about the scale but this round I found myself freaking over it. I weighed every week which was  

s-t-u-p stupid! 

I started day 1 at 147, week 2 145 and my final week 3 back at 147… Umm wtf body! But I felt OK, little bloated here and there but I felt good.. I thought I was seeing change. 

Today I did my final way in. 146 26.5% body fat…. So… I lost 1 lb over all… But… I still look in the mirror and feel like I see results… 

I guess I will let you decide….

Am I crazy? Or can I tell the scale to eat ๐Ÿ’ฉ?

Exactly! So my point is, no matter what, when you are in your journey you should truly think about how you feel on the inside and how you feel when you look in the mirror. We are a number so why should a scale define us?

5 Tips for you!

Happy #FitTipFriday Fit Fam!
As we approach the summer month of June, most people say the day after Memorial Day is when people start to really analyzing if they have hit their goals. Have you?
If not, do not fret. There is still time! You just have to follow some simple steps!

Set some goals for your self– what do you want to achieve in 30, 60, 90 days from today. Do you have a coach? If not, why don’t you? You can get a FREE coach to help motivate you just email CoachTina.TeamFearlessFitness@gmail.com

Feeling extra motivated? You can even sign up for our challenge groups and actually have a plan.

Which is my next tip, have a plan! Get organized and understand what you want to achieve and how you will do it. If you have never started a fitness journey before having a coach will really help!

Next, Know your schedule– make workouts nonnegotiable and plan your day around eating healthy nutrition things! If you travel a lot or you have a lot of events you attempt do your homework to always plan ahead. Knowing your schedule will allow you to constantly plan for times where you might be tempted to fall off track.

Track it! That is write– everything you eat you must keep track of. If you don’t, you might forget about that 100-200 calories you ate here and there and it might actually halt your progress.

last but not least, grow a Fit Tribe! YEAH! Accountability and progress is already reached easier when you have a strong support system. If for some reason you can’t find that than that is what we are here for! At Team Fearless Fitness we are driven to wanting to push, motivate and inspire you to be the best version of you and achieve your goals.
