If you are worried about not falling asleep once you have worked out, Beachbody recommends the following tips for you!
- Try an eye mask or noise machine.
- Keep your schedule strict, weekends too!
- Naps are good- try 15-20min!
- Get a good mattress and pillow.
- Disconnect from your devices!
