Struggle with sleep?

Did you know that exercise helps you sleep?! 

If you are struggling to catch some zzz’ getting your sweat on might help!


If you are worried about not falling asleep once you have worked out, Beachbody recommends the following tips for you!

  • Try an eye mask or noise machine.
  • Keep your schedule strict, weekends too!
  • Naps are good- try 15-20min!
  • Get a good mattress and pillow.
  • Disconnect from your devices!
