Can’t do a push up!?
Do you have the right form?

You can cause lots of pain without proper push up technique, so what really does that look like?
1️⃣ get on all fours, feet together keeping your body in a straight line.
2️⃣ Keep your hands in line with your shoulder, squeeze your butt (glutes 😜) &tighten your core.
3️⃣ Elbows tucked, head in line with spine and core tight. Lower your torso down until your threshold or a few inches above ground. Hold. Then engage your lats to push your self back up into position.
To hard? Try push ups on a box bench or a raise ledge! The greater the angle the easier the exercise!
