So today I want to share a little secret I have for my meal prep success…. I’m boring ๐Ÿ˜œ

I literally eat the same thing each day, but I’m ok with that! 

Take my yummy lunch! 


One Red โค๏ธ One Green ๐Ÿ’š One Orange ๐ŸŠ 1/2 of a Purple ๐Ÿ’œ! Delilah! 

Arugula, chopped strawberries, baked chicken and cilantro dressing all 21DF approved! 

Prepped for M-F!

Struggle with sleep?

Did you know that exercise helps you sleep?! 

If you are struggling to catch some zzz’ getting your sweat on might help!


If you are worried about not falling asleep once you have worked out, Beachbody recommends the following tips for you!

  • Try an eye mask or noise machine.
  • Keep your schedule strict, weekends too!
  • Naps are good- try 15-20min!
  • Get a good mattress and pillow.
  • Disconnect from your devices!

Perfect Push up

Can’t do a push up!? 
Do you have the right form? 


You can cause lots of pain without proper push up technique, so what really does that look like? 
1๏ธโƒฃ get on all fours, feet together keeping your body in a straight line. 
2๏ธโƒฃ Keep your hands in line with your shoulder, squeeze your butt (glutes ๐Ÿ˜œ) &tighten your core. 
3๏ธโƒฃ Elbows tucked, head in line with spine and core tight. Lower your torso down until your threshold or a few inches above ground. Hold. Then engage your lats to push your self back up into position. 
To hard? Try push ups on a box bench or a raise ledge! The greater the angle the easier the exercise!
