Some tips to help get you started is:
๐ Make a plan and set goals
๐ Figure out your caloric intake
๐ Do lots of stretching
๐ Drink water
๐ Purge and get rid of crap food in your house!
๐ grocery shop for healthy staples
๐ Build a support system and schedule your workouts out!
๐ stay positive
