Day 2 in the books! đđź
Feeling so clean! I’m living the 3 Day Refresh but as a meat eater I’m excited for tomorrow to be done with đ
Plug your ears đ as this might be TMI for some but in order to give a good review I must be honest.
So far so good, little booting and some constipation with day 1 but all is good today!
The fiber sweep is doing its thing… The texture freaks me out… Hence the face đđź but it taste ok!
I’m feeling a little sluggish since I’m on a calorie deficit so no workouts so my body can focus on riding the bad things in it instead of repairing muscle etc.
Enjoyed yummy breakfast & dinner and now to relax with some tea and do some work!
I can’t wait to share my results with you!
