I’ve told you many times that this whole losing weight staying motivated thing is a struggle.
It is for you just as much as me… We have to stay strong though!
I find planning my workouts before I leave on trips helps hold me accountable. My boyfriend also helps! He books hotels that have gyms 😜😂
We are in lovely Palm Springs for a wedding and the hotel we are staying at had “a awesome gym, looks huge online!”
Yeah right….
It had one treadmill and one elliptical and one 1970’s bow flex 🙈👎 but I ran I used it anyways… The room literally was 2×2
Then another couple came in… You could tell new to fitness and I had only gotten 8mins and 1mile in… But I knew the gal wanted the treadmill.
So here I go, hop off hand over and head back to the room. I could have easily said forget it and go eat. But nope! I plugged in my laptop and started Turbo Fire Greatest HIITS!!!
See there absolutely is no excuse! You just have to want it!
My goal, be active everyday, no excuses.
