Yes I did indulge, I had a s’more and two of my favorite vodka drinks but I didn’t slack on my workouts!
It definitely is about sticking to it and working hard to get where you want to be.
I was so exhausted on Sunday but I made it to dance and got back on track with my schedule today with some turbo fire, PiYo and a run๐
