Let’s freaking lose it!

I feel so good getting up and crushing it this morning!

Got to do some Zumba for the first time in 4 years and surprise one of my favs was teaching!

After, I wanted to do some body weight strength training so I came up with some awesome sets you could totally do at home! No equipment required!
