May the odds ever be in your favor

Well today was the first struggle. I’m shocked and proud all at once.

Tonight I won’t be hitting a double day because I will be enjoying the handsome (not as cute as my bf) Dierks Bently at shoreline! Holler if you’re going too!!

With that being said I needed / need to stay strict with my eating and definitely get my running in at lunch. Well… I struggled. I had a coworker say she was walking to target, shopping is my weakness and my boyfriend said he was sore so there I was.

I had no motivation to want to run 2miles. But a little voice in my head said ugh wake up Tina!!! Get your butt to the gym. You are gonna be resting tonight! Then my boyfriend stepped on and said “babe you got this lets go to the gym I’ll find something I can do” (he’s nursing an ankle injury)

And boom! I did just that! Drove us to the gym and got my 2 miles in! Definite victory! Best part was I ran and watched the hunger games which I’m obsessed with ๐Ÿ˜œ

Like I said… May the odds ever be in your favor๐Ÿ’ช

Boom! Get outta yo mind!

Wahoo! Day 3 done and I feel great ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘Š

I got my two mile run in and some PiYo upper body but my big calorie burn goes to the one and only #UJAMFitness!!!

Have you ever heard of it!? If you haven’t I encourage you to YouTube some videos! U-Jam Fitness is an athletic hip-hop fitness workout that combines dance and high energy music for a freaking awesome burn! It’s such a great workout I’m even taking the steps to become an instructor!

Anyways it’s just another form of burning calories where I’m actually having fun and getting a great workout! Like I said if you haven’t heard of it look up a class near you and try it! Even got the BF to come to a class ๐Ÿ˜‰

Kick Ass Tuesday

Well today is day 2! Only ten more before the cravings go away, haha๐Ÿ˜œ

I was struggling today! I am not sure why but pizza was on my brain the while day. Don’t worry… I didn’t cave ๐Ÿ˜‰
I am exhausted but glad I got my workouts in. Little HIIT workout followed by some PiYo oh and don’t forget my 2mile lunch run!

Feel like I nailed my workouts- they definitely left me sore ๐Ÿ’ช

My accountability starts here…

Okay ranting, venting begins here:

The fat truth just hit this morning. And before you start thinking “ugh your so not fat, you’ve never been fat blah blah” stop. We all know we aren’t perfect and while I am not fat I do have fat and that my friends is the difference.

Between traveling and stress I have managed to eat my self back to the weight I was 2years ago. Reality this morning as I muscles up the courage to get in the scale. I have realized I have been so focused on others and making sure everyone else was succeeding I secretly was failing.

With basically getting a second chance at life and getting those stupid tumors removed. I need to stop taking it for granted.

It’s time to start focusing on my journey and hopefully this will inspire you to do so too! This blog will get a facelift soon but it will remain the place where you can track my journey.
